Good for you, Kathleen!  I am tying your anti-ice dam tip with the panty hose on my roof by the overflowing gutters today before the temps go up.   Should the panty hose be seemless or not?  ^_~

Congrats Kathleen, I have seen and heard of others who are having luck getting Short Sales completed in a timely fashion, but your is the fastest I have heard so far.  Thanks for the update.

Just attended a short sale seminar last week and they said "Bank of America" is now the easiest bank to work with regarding a short sale. GO FIGURE!
