MONUMENTAL MONDAYS - A LIFE ALTERING EVENT

Today I am going to share one of the most life altering events that has ever happened to me. To see where this journey began, read my post: 6 Years Ago Today I Was A Vegas Runaway!
I can't think of a more life altering event than the birth of a child. They come into this world innocent and vulnerable, looking to you for everything. The moment you meet that tiny face that belongs to those tiny feet that have been kicking inside of you for months, your heart melts and you find out the absolute true meaning of love at first sight. That newborn can do no wrong, only joy and happiness pour out from the tips of their toes to the top of that cute little baby fuzzed head.
On May 17, 2004, James and I welcomed our first child into this world. James Paul Cooper Jr. was born at 11:17PM and weighed in at 8lbs. 5 ounces. I'll never forget that special day and those special first weeks of learning how to become a mother and a parental team with my husband. James was a great baby, slept through the night after a matter of weeks, never made a peep and was always smiling. He's a very laid-back child, even til this day. He doesn't worry and he is welcoming and friendly to everyone he comes in contact with. He's an awesome big brother and a very loving son.
When James was just a baby, the three of us would go door to door bringing our marketing materials to expired listings and for sale by owners. Not many people could resist that cute little face!
Today I am remembering this monumental event that changed our lives forever. I love you James Paul Cooper Jr.!

Another pair of big blue eyes! I love it! So that's how you got your start in real estate... great marketing plan... no wonder you had three more! James Jr. is a cutie and looks like his Dad.

Yes, we have 6 pairs of big blue eyes in our house! And James Jr. certainly favors his daddy, as does Hailey Grace. Jr. and Hailey look like identical babies if you look at their photos, the only difference I can see is the colors of the clothing!
