Congratulations Dwayne Barnes on Your 1st Home Sale!

James and I would like to congratulate one of our new agents - Dwayne Barnes on his first home sale.  He represented some buyers in the purchase of 155 Dodge Hill Road in Sutton.  Dwayne's buyers purchased a home listed for only 43 days at $448,500 (originally $469,900) for $420K!  Now that's some great negotiating!  Way to go Dwayne!  Keep up the great work!

THat's a great price for a first one!  My first one was $125k and second was only $116k... you gotta sell in volume to make up the difference.

Oh yeah! Our first few were low priced homes too!  He knows a lot of people that can afford higher priced homes because he's a celebrity in these parts!  LOL
