JORDAN'S FURNITURE IN NATICK - Great Furniture Meets Great Service!
Yesterday was our 7 year wedding anniversary and we decided to head to Jordan's Furniture after our great big lunch at Wright's Farm. Our Lazy-boy couch has been falling apart for awhile and we've only had it for 3 years. It was way past time to replace it.
When we arrived at Jordan's Furniture in Natick, they had tons of race car strollers we could use for free to roam around their store with the kids. This was great because we didn't bring a stroller for Hailey and she doesn't seem to want to stay with the pack. All 4 of my kids jumped into the car strollers (they had double and single ones) and we started searching for a couch. There were so many to choose from, but we knew what we were looking for. We needed tough, we needed large and last, but not least, we needed something that wouldn't show wear & stains if the kids spilt stuff on it.
After walking through several show rooms, we found it! The perfect living room set for our needs. It was stylish, practical and would be perfect for our living room. This is where we met Jim. Jim came over to us and started answering all of our tough questions. He explained how Jordan's backs their furniture and why they have such great prices. He explained about their 5 year warranty that would cover the couch even if someone stabbed it with a fork or made a stain that could not come out. Jim was great. Anyone that can put up with 5 adults and 4 small kids running around the couches and going up and down the escalator while he tried to help us make a decision has to be.
Jim saw how anxious the kids were to leave so he made the process as quick and painless as possible and soon enough we had our new living room set ordered. He insured us that we could send it right back if they delivered it and it didn't look right or was defected. He let us know that this was not the end of his service and that Jordan's Furniture is there for us for years to come.
