SO EXCITED!!!  My First of Many Paperless Contracts Signed This Past Week

I am very pleased to announce that I signed on my first 100% paperless listing contract last week thanks to a ton of research!  I bought an Apple iPad when they first came out in hopes to use it for my business.  I take it out from time to time to use it for Keynote presentations in my office or to take notes on at a seminar, but it was not an everyday tool of mine until now.  

I used to use TrueForms online software to do all of my contracts for real estate.  I was able to fill them in and print them to have clients sign.  This January my TrueForms account had expired and I decided to look into my options since TrueForms is NOT compatible on a MAC computer.  ZipForms is compatible on both a PC and a MAC as well as having a mobile application to use on my Droid phone and iPad.  The other thing I'm loving about ZipForms is the fact that it has forms for multiple states that you can purchase and being licensed in CT, this helps a ton!  ZipForms combined with an application I purchased on my iPad (for just $3.99) called Noterize, is making it possible for me to fill out, send and sign contracts all on my Apple iPad.  I'm in love!!!  

Looking forward to doing many paperless transactions this year with my buyers and sellers.  We can download, write up, sign and send copies to them all on the go.  No running around looking for an office and printer.  No running out of ink or paper.  What more could you ask for?
