RE/MAX = FEE/MAX?  No Way!  It's More Like FREE/MAX!  

Ask any outside real estate agent what they think of when they think of RE/MAX and you'll often get the comment "FEE/MAX".  Competitors drill the fear in their heads that they can't afford to go to RE/MAX because there are so many fees.  How many of them do you think actually take the time to look into this myth?  Not many!  The job of addressing this and helping agents to overcome that objection has been left to broker owners and their recruiting partners.  

I have worked as an independent brokerage, as part of a Keller Williams franchise and am now happily settling in with RE/MAX Professional Associates.  I have been blown away by the lack of fees compared to everything I have heard.  It's quite the opposite.  I actually get way more FREE than I had at Keller Williams.  I am happy to give that up by joining the #1 franchise company in the world!  

In our RE/MAX office there are no monthly fees, no fees for copying, no fees for using the phones.  You can walk into any of their 3 locations and grab forms and contracts at your leisure for FREE.  And in some packages our broker even covers the annual RE/MAX fee for our agents.  Our caps are much lower and splits much higher than any of the other major franchise companies around us.  

Today I attended a Team Leader luncheon training in Natick and I was shocked that it was FREE!  Not only for the training, but also the lunch they provided from Panera.  At my previous franchise I'm used to paying $35-$40 per agent in addition to the sponsors they get money from to hold the mandatory trainings in most cases.  In a few weeks I will be going to Mystic, CT to the RE/MAX & YOU training to learn some stuff on technology and LeadStreet.  Guess what it costs me?  NOTHING!  

If you truly want to learn from the best, build a team and associate with the best brand out there, "FREE/MAX" is for you!
