To Encourage Interactions:
* Post 1-2 Times Daily
* Share Videos
* Feed Blogs Through Using Networked Blogs Application on Facebook
* Respond to Wall Posts, Comments and Questions
* Share Fan Page Link to Profile Page Weekly
To Create a Business Page:
Login to Facebook and go to: www.Facebook.com/pages/create.php
Select Local Business - Choose Real Estate Category
Fill in All Info
Check to Agree to Terms
"Like" Your New Page
Start Adding Photos, Content and Suggesting Page to Friends
How To Create Featured Profile Pictures For Branding:
* Go To www.FBannersUsers.com
* Click Create a Banner in Top Left
* Upload Photo & Add Text if Desired
* Click to Upload to Facebook
* Make Sure in Settings You Allow Everyone To See Your Tagged Photos For This To Work

Create Custom Landing Pages For Your Business Page:
* Go To www.PageModo.com
* Choose Template
* Upload Images & Fill in Text Data
* Click on Free Tab at Bottom of Page
* Click Update and Give Permission to Facebook

Adding Custom Contact Form To Business Page:
* Go To www.Facebook.com/ContactForms
* Choose the Page You want Form For
* Enter Email Address You Want Contacts to Get Emailed To
