Day 25: 100 Days of Central Mass Features Twin River Casino

Last Friday I had my first opportunity to visit Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island.  My mother, 2 aunts and I went to see the B-52s in their concert area.  Twin River is a nice place to dine, view live entertainment and play some slot machines.  They have also added virtual game tables and they have dog races during the day.   We started the evening off eating a casual dinner for a fair price at Fado Irish Pub & Restaurant, followed by a little gaming on some penny slots before singing along to "Love Shack" with the B-52s.  We then enjoyed some drinks and live music at the Lighthouse Bar and ended the evening listen to a local band play in the Fado Irish Pub again while watching the Redsox go on to lose to the Yankees in 15 innings of baseball!  If you're close to Rhode Island and looking for some nightlife, check out Twin River for a great time!

Day 23: 100 Days of Central Mass Features Foxwoods Casino

About an hour and a half away from most places in Central Mass is the world's largest casino, Foxwoods.    There is 340,000 sqft of gaming space and 4.7 million total sqft in the Foxwoods complex.  Over 40,000 guests visit the casino each day.  I've been going there since I was a little girl, my grandparents love the place!  We used to go and ride the turbo rides and play in the game rooms, followed by all you can eat at the buffet.  There's something for everyone at Foxwoods Resort Casino, young or old.  Enjoy some pampering at the salon and spa, spend a weekend in one of their luxurious suites or try your luck at their many slot machines and tables.  Several years ago I enjoyed a Sugar Ray concert at Foxwoods and they continue to feature some of today's hottest artists.  If you're a fan of Bingo, you'll have to play here at the world's LARGEST Bingo hall.  Check out their newest addition:  MGM Grand at Foxwoods!
